2. Data we collect
Through the information request form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), apartment type of interest, message (optional) and the language of the page. We also record the consent you give. The apartment finder only uses the budget, number of bedrooms and priorities you select; it does not identify you and does not store this information.
3. Purpose
To answer your request and send you information about the BRAANCAMP development (floor plans, prices, availability and sales terms).
4. Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months after our last contact and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
6. Recipients
Requests are sent by email to the Chave Nova sales team using the Microsoft 365 email service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability, and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To do so, contact us using the email address or phone number above.
8. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt.
9. Cookies
This site only stores your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) are only enabled if you accept them in the notice shown; declining has no effect on how the site works. The presentation video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only loads when you click to play it.
